The reason for this is because I have struggled to gain weight and go past 7 1/2 stones. What a waste of time to get all the way to the gym to find out I couldnt even do a session. Used to go to Pure Gym but I prefer the size of this gym, the music and all the stations it has. This has left me feeling more positive, happier and feeling confident about myself and I couldn't have done this without him.
